Corporate event lighting that looks as considered as the event

Product launches, holiday parties, milestone dinners, executive mixers. I match the rig to your brand colors, cue the light around your actual program, and run it live — so the room reads premium and so does every clip in the recap video.

Your brand color, on camera, all night

Send a hex code, a brand guide, or a photo of the signage and I calibrate the wash to it at load-in — verified through a camera, not just by eye. Brightness stays inside the range phones handle, so the event photos your team and guests post actually show the color you paid an agency to pick.

  • Wash calibrated to your palette during load-in, checked on camera
  • Cues built around your run-of-show: keynote, reveal, mingling
  • Quiet operation — the light supports the program, it never competes

Where this fits

Why planners book it

The recap video is the point

Brightness and color are calibrated so phone clips and the videographer's footage don't blow out. Marketing gets usable content from the night, not washed-out frames.

Cues follow the program

Keynotes run over. Reveals move. I'm at the board the whole event, shifting the room with the agenda as it actually happens — not as it was scheduled three weeks ago.

No venue paperwork

The truss stands on the ground — no ceiling rigging, no engineering sign-off, no extra insurance conversation with the venue. Ballroom, brewery, or warehouse, same rig.

One vendor, one flat rate

01Load in & build the rig
02Program to your run-of-show
03Run the event, live
04Strike & load out

Packages run $1,200–$2,000 flat, including load-in, the live-run design, and strike. Most corporate rooms land on Signature at $1,500. See what's in each package →

Planner questions

Can you match our exact brand colors?

Yes. Send a brand guide, a hex code, or even a photo of your signage and I calibrate the wash to it during load-in — checked on camera, not just by eye, so the recap video shows your color, not an approximation.

What does the venue need to provide?

Standard wall power — a dedicated circuit is preferred and confirmed during the walkthrough. The truss is ground-supported, so there's no ceiling rigging and no venue engineering sign-off.

Do you coordinate with our AV or production team?

Yes. I sync cues with your run-of-show and coordinate directly with AV on keynotes, reveals, and speaker transitions. One contact, no extra vendor management for you.

Planning an event?

Date, venue, headcount. Takes about 40 seconds, and you'll hear back within the hour, any hour.
